Replacing the spray tips is not particularly difficult. Removing the fuel injectors from
the engine is easy, but to get them opened can be difficult, as they can be tightened very
hard. They are to be tightened 6.5 mdaN (65 Nm).
After replacing the spray tips you should have the fuel injectors pressure tested.
Clean thoroughly, make sure that the copper washers (preferably new) are in place
when mounting the fuel injectors again. Tighten 2.5 mdaN (25 Nm).
At first startup, the starter will have to run for a while (maybe up to half a minute) before the engine starts.

Tighten the bolts on the diesel return VERY careful (max. 1 mdaN (10 Nm)) so that the blue plastic gizmos don't crack.
