Everything in the luggage compartment must be secured; heavy objects with straps and/or
placed close to the rear seat, and lightweight with a safety net on the floor, over the objects.
This will prevent loose (lightweight) objects rolling around.

If you normally carry with you various oil bottles etc. (smart with an old car)
it may be convenient to have them in a plastic box.
The box could be more solid than the one pictured, and have a separate safety net stretched over.
For kegs and bottles to stand firm you cram in some seat pads, etc.
