PANHARD-LEVASSOR

Panhard-Levassor started in the 1840s with production of furniture, then machines and engines, and they produced their first car around 1891. The factory did excellent, partly thanks to good results in races.

In 1965 Citroën bought Panhard-Levassor, and thus put an end to the production of these cars. (But you can recognize Panhard 24CT in the new front of the DS/ID in 1967.)
