MICHELIN

Michelin
Michelin began in 1889, and they produced manly tires. However, also aircrafts and travel guides.

In 1935 Michelin took over Automobiles Citroën. This was very good for Citroën, for under this ownership there were produced the best cars the world has ever seen. But Citroën had severe financial difficulties in 1974, and Michelin then sold the company to Peugeot.
